  Christ Family Church came at a time when I needed them most. I was going through a divorce and needed some close friends/family to help me through my hardship. They took me in and didn't judge me. They just loved me. I now drive a long distance to go to church here. "A Church alive is worth the drive!"

  If you are looking for a great church, run from this place. The music director and her husband are VERY JUNGEMENTAL. It is not a nice enviroment.

  I've visited Christ Family Church many times over the last 12 years, whenever I was in Kansas visiting family. It's a small congregation, but they are always warm and loving. I've never gone there without being welcomed or talked to. My niece's family were regular attenders for years before moving out of the area. I know that the people at the church were always willing to lend a helping hand, whether it was to help someone move, provide meals during a crisis, or support one another at some event. The pastor, associate pastor, and elders were always willing and available to pray with and for individuals. I could tell that the worship leaders (husband and wife) loved the Lord and did their best to lead the congregation in meaningful worship. CFC is not strong in teaching and they don't have a lot of programs; but they are strong in love and support and praying for one another.
